I have been surprised at how I have really been engaging in some forms of action research over the past few years and had not realized it. As the District RTI Specialist, I helped teachers create a plan with a goal(the research question) and then collect data to analyze to see if progress has been made. Then we make decisions on continuing or altering the interventions based on that data. I feel this experience has made me a little less "scared" to participate in the research class.
